Reliable and safe processes for precision engineering

Precision in perfection

The handling of sensitive and high-precision components is one of IMSTec's specialties. With years of experience and innovative solutions, we develop production processes to the highest standards.
From medical technology and optics to aerospace: precision engineering products combine precision, engineering skills and innovation. Our focus is on the development and automation of manufacturing processes. At IMSTec, we can apply coatings of less than 5 microns to micro parts. Using state-of-the-art image processing, every process step can be checked and documented.

Active Alignment

Precise alignment of components

Active alignment, an innovative method for the precise adjustment of components in real time, is a decisive advance in precision engineering. This technology is used particularly frequently in the production of optical and electromechanical systems, such as camera modules, laser devices or sensors.

In contrast to passive adjustment methods, Active Alignment enables active monitoring and adjustment during the production process. This achieves maximum precision and perfect positioning of the components. This leads to better performance, higher product quality and reduced rejects - decisive advantages in a highly competitive industry.
