Quality Assurance Specialist (all genders)

Your daily tasks will include internal quality checks in production and incoming goods as well as training employees.

Internal Quality Inspections

In the area of production and incoming goods as part of the quality management system: Definition and optimization of specific work instructions for quality inspections of items subject to inspection (including mechanical production parts, raw materials for production, random sample inspections in production, release of products, initial sample inspections)

Test Laboratory

Supervision of the internal test laboratory and measuring equipment

Documentation

Proper execution and documentation of defined quality inspections

Complaint Process

Support in the implementation of the complaint process

Customized Quality Inspections

Work closely with internal departments to understand individual requirements and define customized quality checks

Employee Training

Guidance in the implementation of quality controls and monitoring of proper implementation

Validation Process

Collaboration in product and process validation

Training and Education

Training in a technical field, e.g. industrial mechanics, mechatronics, etc.

Work Experience

At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance

Expertise

In the field of GMP / medical devices and / or series production desirable

Further Knowledge

MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio)
