Commissioning Technician (all genders)

You like to advise and support customers on technical matters. The support of our system from planning to commissioning is one of your tasks.

You will be excited about this

Installation, assembly and commissioning of our systems in accordance with technical documentation in our manufacturing plant and on site at the customer's premises

Preparation and revision of circuit diagrams

Troubleshooting and malfunction diagnosis including documentation

Functional tests of the electrical system and preliminary acceptance of the entire system with the test field and the programmers

Pneumatic and electrical installation of assemblies

Service assignments on our systems at our customers' premises (mechanical, electrical and control technology) for maintenance and repairs

Online and telephone support to assist our customers and to troubleshoot and repair system malfunctions

Instruction and training of operating and service personnel at the customer's premises

Compliance with project-related targets in terms of scheduling, technical processes and customer-specific requirements specifications

Education / Work experience

Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician*, electronics technician* with appropriate further training or a comparable course of study

Professional knowledge

Several years of professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering as well as a strong technical understanding

Further expertise

Experience in PLC programming (Siemens TIA, ProfiNet, Beckhoff, EtherCat, TwinCat) and the operation of ABB and Stäubli robots is desirable

Personality

You have a hands-on mentality and are a team player who likes to work systematically and independently and is confident in front of customers. You are characterized by a high level of commitment and 30% willingness to travel.

Language skills

Good written and spoken German and English skills
